Manchester Dead Theologians Society

Have you seen the film 'Dead Poets Society'? It follows a group of teenage public school boys who, with their love for poetry, set up a society devoted to reading and discussing the art. It's a good film - you should watch it!

Well, more excitingly (in my opinion) is the Manchester Dead Theologians Society! A group of us who are interested in reading some theology from some of those who have gone before us. We'll be reading and discussing books written by the old Reformers and Puritans in order to grow in our understanding of Scripture and love for and devotion to Christ! We're starting with 'A History of the Work of Redemption', by Jonathan Edwards.

How exciting!
