This video has been flagged up on a couple of different blogs, but it's absolutely fascinating so I thought I'd give it a mention too, incase you haven't seen it yet. It's a brilliantly presented explanation of the way that countries across the world have developed over the last two hundred years, with respect to both life expectancy and average income. Well worth a watch!
