We can sometimes fall into the trap of thinking resisting temptation is not doing something that we'll enjoy because we've been told not to do it. In fact it is not doing something because, though it might give a temporary release or enjoyment, it is in fact destructive.

An obvious (when you think about it) but good point from a sermon yesterday. It's often a well camouflaged trap that sneaks up on you and gets you before you know what's happened.
